Chocolate Peanut Butter Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
- 1 dozen strawberries, rinsed and dried
- 1/4 cup natural creamy unsalted peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Lily's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add peanut butter and chocolate chips. Cover a small baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper.
2. Microwave for 30-seconds then stir. Repeat this process until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
3. Holding the tops, dip each strawberry in the chocolate mixture and cover. Use a spoon to help if desired.
4. Place each dipped strawberry on the parchment paper. Place in the fridge for an hour or the freezer for 20 minutes - or chocolate has hardened.
