- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ashwagandha
- 1 tsp raw honey (or preferred sweetener)
- Bring milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in cinnamon, turmeric and ashwagandha. Whisk to dissolve any clumps.
- Continue to warm for 10 minutes then remove from heat.
- Stir in sweetener then enjoy warm or over ice.
