Monthly Integrative Nutrition Coaching
During the coaching sessions, I work with clients to identify and focus on areas of their lives that could use some improvement. We focus on nourishing the body and mind with whole foods, removing toxins and negativity, and managing stress in our day to day lives. When these areas of focus are not receiving enough attention, we are not reaching our full potential and therefore we are at risk for weight gain, fatigue and disease.
Each month of Nutrition Coaching includes:
One 30-minute discovery session over phone or skype
The purpose of the discovery session is to identify or refine goals and create an action plan for where to focus your attention for the month.
One Custom Meal Plan + Recipes
These custom meal plans include: a new customized 7-day meal plan each month and real food recipes.
These plans are created from scratch to suit the clients needs, allergies or sensitivities and specific food preferences. Don’t like fish? Allergic to peanuts? Gluten sensitivity? No problem. I simply won’t include those foods! Counting your macros? I can also design plans with specific macronutrient ratios that make sense for the goals of each client. Most of the the recipes are developed by me, some of them are from my favorite real food bloggers and the rest are modifications of blogger recipes to meet client needs.
Two hours of coaching sessions over phone or skype
During these one-on-one coaching sessions, your coach will ask questions, check in on your progress and help set mini-goals towards achieving your big goal. The length of each coaching session can vary from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the client’s needs and the content will vary based on the needs and goals of the client, but this is the time to come prepared with any food-related questions you might have.
Unlimited support and accountability between sessions
You will have access to your coach via text and email to ask questions and check in on your progress.
How does it work?
Once I’ve received your payment, I will email you to schedule our discovery session and ask questions that will help me determine your needs. I will ask you questions about your health history, eating habits, grocery budget, cooking experience, activity level, current health conditions, food allergies/sensitivities and foods you just don’t like. Within 1 week of this session, I will upload your nutrition plan to your password-protected Account Dashboard.
