One-on-One Coaching

Get the support, guidance and accountability you need to nourish your way to a fit body, a clear mind and a vibrant life!

During the coaching sessions, I work with clients to identify and focus on areas of their lives that could use some improvement.  We focus on nourishing the body and mind with whole foods, removing toxins and negativity, and managing stress in our day to day lives. When these areas of focus are not receiving enough attention, we are not reaching our full potential and therefore we are at risk for weight gain, fatigue and disease.


Each month includes:  

2 hours of coaching sessions over Zoom

During these one-on-one coaching sessions, your coach will ask questions, check in on your progress and help set mini-goals towards achieving your big goal. The length of each coaching session can vary from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the client’s needs and the content will vary based on the needs and goals of the client, but this is the time to come prepared with any food-related questions you might have.

Unlimited support between sessions

You will have access to me via text and email to ask questions, address challenges that may have come up and check in on your progress.

Once you’ve submit your payment using the button below, I’ll reach out with some forms for you to fill out and to book our first session.
