Hi! I’m Karen Simpson.

I am an environmental scientist, athlete and Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach. 

I help women cleanse, nourish and transform their bodies, minds and lives using a holistic + toxin-free approach to wellness.  

I believe in that nature provides us with everything that we need to heal, thrive and live a long, healthy life. 

I live in Colorado where I enjoy hiking, playing sand volleyball and exploring the mountains.
